Through the contact form on this website, we collect only the data that users provide voluntarily:

This website does not use tracking cookies and does not collect browsing data for advertising or advanced analytics purposes.

3. Purposes of processing

Data collected through the contact form is used exclusively to:

• Respond to inquiries, collaboration proposals or information requests submitted by the user.
• Manage the communication relationship between Linterna Verde and the data subject.

Data will not be used for mass email campaigns, direct marketing, or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes without the explicit consent of the data subject.

5. Data security

Linterna Verde adopts reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure. The website operates under HTTPS protocol (SSL/TLS).

Messages received through the contact form are processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party service that acts as a data processor and does not permanently store data on its servers.

6. Cookies

This website uses only essential technical cookies necessary for the basic functioning of the page (for example, those provided by Google Fonts to load typefaces). No tracking, profiling or behavioral advertising cookies are used.

Users may configure their browser to block or delete cookies at any time, without affecting their ability to browse this site.

7. Sharing data with third parties

Linterna Verde does not sell, rent or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. The only service providers that may have technical access to data are:

• SiteGround — web hosting provider.
• FormSubmit — contact form processor.
• Google Fonts — web typography service (may log user IP addresses).

These providers act as data processors under their own privacy policies and are not authorized to use data for purposes other than providing their technical services.

8. Policy validity

This personal data processing policy takes effect from the date of publication. Linterna Verde reserves the right to update it when necessary. Any material changes will be communicated through this website.
